Green Marlin Restaurant & Raw Bar opened in August 2017 by owner & operator, Lou Kolbauer. Our goal was to provide a relaxing atmosphere for Vero Beach residents to be able to enjoy the freshest seafood. We felt Vero Beach was missing a casual sit-down restaurant that offered fresh oysters & top notch seafood at an affordable price. We want the Green Marlin to be your first choice in Vero for seafood. We order fresh seafood every day but only enough for one day.
