Description
In this engaging Lunch and Learn session, participants will explore the fear of public speaking and learn how to transform it into confidence. We will begin by understanding why speaking anxiety is a natural human response and identifying the common physical and emotional symptoms that come with it. Through guided reflection, participants will begin to uncover their own personal triggers and discover practical techniques to reduce anxiety, including at least two coping strategies they can use right away. The session will conclude with participants creating a simple, personalized action plan for building long-term confidence in public speaking.
