Description
The Tactical 10K & 2 Mile race was created to help purchase lifesaving equipment for members of the Vero Beach Police Department Critical Response Team. Since our inaugural event in 2015, we have outfitted members of the team with additional equipment needed in their operations and provided equipment to our patrol officers as well. This year, part of the proceeds raised will be used to purchase new ballistic shields that will protect our team members from small arms and rifle fire.
