Please join The City of Vero Beach, The Learning Alliance and The IRC Chamber of Commerce for the grand reopening of the Charles Park Playground!
There will be welcome remarks by City Leaders, a ribbon cutting and Moonshot the puppet will be giving away a free book for each child who attends!
