"Celestial Sound Bath"

Join us for a unique Meditation Event at the Vero Beach Heritage Center featuring Anthony Profeta. This special Sound Bath experience will include SINGING BOWLS, GONGS, and other relaxing instruments and sounds to help you set your monthly intentions and let go of old negative emotions and habits.



Description:
If you are new to "Sound Bath" Meditation, it is a therapeutic form of meditation that uses sound waves to move the brain into relaxed alpha and theta brainwave states. This type of meditation is great for beginners as the tones and frequencies help quiet the mind and cut through mental chatter. Additionally, the specific tones are said to correlate with the body's seven energy centers and can help bring the energetic body into alignment and balance. Anthony Profeta will use Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other instruments to wash away stress and bring inner peace.



What to Bring:
Bring a Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blankets, or anything else you need to get comfortable. Chairs will be provided.
