*Plenty of parking is in the Disney lot across from the hotel and on the other side of Hwy. A1A. There is a short walking tunnel (charmingly decorated and with music) that all can use to get to the hotel. Carts can be requested, please be in touch for more info if interested.

$110 includes cocktail hour, dinner and program at Disney's Vero Beach Resort
*all proceeds are tax deductible and go towards the IRC Leadership Foundation and Alma Lee Loy scholarship.

Come celebrate with the IRC Leadership Class of 2024 as they graduate from this comprehensive nine month program. All of the IRC Leadership's Alumni are welcome to join our newest graduates!
The 2024 Indian River County Leadership Graduates are:
With over 320 graduates who cover the span of businesses throughout the county. Our graduates include not for profit and for-profit executives, elected officials, entrepreneurs and community organizers.
Leadership Indian River County is an exciting leadership program brought to you by the Indian River County Leadership Foundation in partnership with the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. The nine session program brings together individuals from many business backgrounds, representing the rich diversity of our community. It offers participants hands-on exploration of our county, covering aspects such as economic development, tourism, infrastructure, natural resources and government functions.
Our program follows a unique model that focuses on promoting the concept of community leadership. Each participant builds skills in three key areas:
-increased community knowledge
-the impact of stewardship in their community
-fundamentals of honing their own leadership skills
By introducing these concepts, program graduates become a more informed and dynamic group of leaders who comprehend the current and future needs of our county and have the contacts and resources available of them to truly create change.
